Euro 09 has begun!
June 30, 2009Greetings from Orleans! We are here for most of the week just relaxing and having a good time. Our first two shows were a rocking good time. In Albi we played with Pussydelic, six sexy, rocking girls who put out a great show. The crowd was really there to rock and we kept having to push off the wanna be stage divers (it’s OUR stage fellas) because they danced so badly on stage. I didn’t get to see the other bands, Do You Wanna Marry Me and December 5 but everyone seemed to have a good time. Helen Wilson catered the whole affair with kickin’ ass lasagna (veggie and meatie) and chili. Did I mention she kicks ass!
Bordeaux was FLAMIN! We played with the Craftmen Club who we’ve played with before but this time they had a bunch of really cool new songs. They tore the place up. Stephan was our fabulous host again and Francis made sure we were welcomed and everybody had a great time. It was a great start to our tour and I want to thank everyone contributed. It looks like this is going to be a fun summer!
